The Secondary Orchestra attended the Kentucky Music Educators Association (KMEA) Large Assessment on Thursday, March 9, to perform their selected repertoire at the District 12 festival for ratings, and the Band performed in the District 11 Assessment on Thursday, March 23. The Orchestra returned from Louisville with Distinguished ratings across the board from the judges, which is the highest rank possible. The Band followed suit with their own Distinguished ratings from all judges at EKU's Center for the Arts.
