Jiwoo Kim ('27) presented her research project at the Kentucky Physiological Society meeting and was awarded first place in the High School Category for her poster presentation, "The Effects Of Temperature On Habituation Of The Crayfish Tail Response." Jiwoo also presented the research at the 2023 Kentucky Junior Academy of Science and was selected as a 2024 Junior Academy Delegate to the American Junior Academy of Science. She is invited to travel with the Kentucky Academy of Science to Denver, Colorado in February of 2024.
Youngwoo Kim ('26) presented his research project, "Exploring Digital Distraction Among High School Students" at the 2023 Kentucky Junior Academy of Science. Youngwoo received the highest "Thoroughbred" rating and was recognized as one of the top scoring student presentations.
